Egg shells weren't made to be walked on

I am so blessed to have the inner guidance to know when someone is irritated or upset. Having friends who can be authentic with you is a key factor when choosing who you surround yourself with. I've learned early in life not to take anyone for granted, but how they treat me is something I can't control. Taking a few minutes out of the day and thinking about the nice things that people have done for you instead of focusing on the negative things is a sure way to live a happy life. It is cyclical, sometimes we are up and sometimes we are down, but how you overcome the down and get back up marks the strength of the soul.
